1. Does Cinnabar Jewelry Ship to My Country?
We ship to almost every country in the world, except for the following countries due to shipping restrictions:
- The Bahamas
- Yemen
- Cuba
- Iran
- Sudan
- Syria
We apologize for the inconvenience and are working to expand our delivery options.
2. How Much Does Shipping Cost?
- Free Shipping: Orders over $60 qualify for free standard shipping.
- Standard Shipping: $9.9 for orders under $60.
- Express Shipping: Starts at $20.
Note:
- Free shipping applies only to regularly priced items and excludes promotional/free products.
- Free products incur a shipping fee of $18, which includes handling, shipping, and duties.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the product and your delivery location. We strive to keep shipping costs affordable, but shipping fees (even for free products) are unavoidable due to carrier charges.
3. How Long Will It Take for My Order to Arrive?
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
(Excludes customs delays, weekends, holidays, and unforeseen circumstances.)

- Express Shipping (FedEx/DHL): 6-8 business days.

4. How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking information. You can track your order by clicking Track My Order in the email.
If the tracking link doesn’t work, you can check your package status at: 17Track.
5. Why Has My Tracking Information Not Updated Yet?
Tracking information is uploaded after your order has been shipped and processed by the carrier.
Due to international shipping, packages may take 2-3 days to reach the international shipping center. During this period, tracking information may not update until the package is scanned at the center.
Please don’t worry—just wait 2-3 days for updates.
6. What If My Package Doesn’t Arrive?
If your package hasn’t arrived within 60 days of shipping, please contact us at info@cinnabarjewelry.com. We will either resend a new package or provide a full refund.
