Refund and Exchange Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. We understand how challenging it can be to choose personal items online. That’s why all orders are eligible for a return or exchange within 30 days with proof of purchase. Damage caused by normal wear and tear does not qualify for exchanges. Please note, most Cinnabar Jewelry items can be returned unused and in their original packaging.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

Return shipping costs are not included. Additional service fees, such as shipping and gift wrapping, are non-refundable.

However, if the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), we will also cover the return shipping cost.

If the item is available, we will process a refund or exchange once we receive the returned product.

Note: After an exchange, the item is no longer eligible for a refund.

If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Special Sale Items: Free items from promotional offers and discounted sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It must also be in its original packaging.
  • Return labels are provided only for defective products during the valid policy period.

Return Shipping Costs: Shipping costs vary depending on the weight of the product, your location, and your chosen carrier.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized products
  • Opened or used sage bundles, candles, and soaps
  • Sale or discounted items

Defective or Incorrect Items

We aim to serve you better and ensure your satisfaction!

For defective products purchased within 1 year, with proof of purchase, you may be eligible for a special promotional code to receive 50% off the same item.

How to Complete Your Return

To complete your return, you will need:

  1. Proof of Purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).
  2. Contact Us: Email info@cinnabarjewelry.com to initiate the return process and receive the return address: Please contact us for the latest return address.
    Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the address listed on the original package.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, we will process the refund within 1 week, and the amount will automatically be credited to your original payment method.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you do not see the refund after 1 week:
    1. Check your bank account.
    2. Contact your credit card company; processing times may vary.
    3. Contact your bank for further clarification.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, email us at info@cinnabarjewelry.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the return value. Once the returned item is received, we will send you a gift card.

If the item was not marked as a gift or the order was sent to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the gift giver, who will be informed about your return.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • You are responsible for the shipping cost of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Lost Packages During Return Shipping

To ensure a successful return:

  • Use a shipping service that provides a tracking number and retain the number for your records.
  • Cinnabar Jewelry is not responsible for items lost in transit without a tracking number.
